A first Patient visit

Here at Dentastique we are happy to answer the enquiries You might have.
But if You ever wondered what happens after Your call or Your email to us,
I am going to explain how a new patient and Free consultation visit
works here at Dentastique.

When You contact us regarding an enquiry for a treatment, we make our very
best to find a suitable time for Your Free consultation. It is very important for
us that You have enough time for this, so Dr. Abdah can give You his full attention.

On the day of the appointment, Dr. Abdah and his assistant nurse, Emma, prepares
the surgery for the coming consultation depending on what kind of consultation it is.
When You arrive we will kindly ask You to fill in a quick form. When that is done, Dr. Abdah
will greet You with a huge smile, and I can personally assure You that if You felt a bit nervous
about Your visit, it will be as vanished by now.

After the consultation we would be more than happy to welcome You to the Dentastique Family,

A Patient from St Ives arrives at the surgery for a Free dental consultation

Our patient this morning had a lot of concerns about his teeth that had been bothering him since his childhood.  He said that the brace that the orthodontist had made was cutting into his gums, and he took the decision to remove it himself.  Dr. Abdah explained that the patient would definately benefit from Invisalign treatment.  This would align the teeth making it much easier for him to clean them.  The teeth would look great aswell.The patient said that both him and his wife would like Invisalign treatment but had a few concerns regarding how he would pay for it?  Here at Dentastique we have teemed up with a major medical finance company to offer our patients the option of an interest FREE payment plan.  Dr. Abdah has explained this to the patient.  The patient will revert back to us when he has decided.  In the mean time we have booked him in for a general scale and polish and a filling which is needed in the top left side of his mouth. The patient seemed very excited and keen and gone away very happy.

A Student from Cambridge University would like to know more about invisalign

After the patient attending a FREE consultation to find out about Invisalign and once the patient has decided that they would like to make their teeth straight and that they wish to go ahead with the Invisalign treatment plan a one hour  appointment is booked.  Dr. Abdah welcomed the patient into his surgery, this appointment will consist of a full mouth X Ray(OPG).  Then Impressions of the teeth and bite registration impression are taken.  Dr. Abdah then takes various photos of the patients mouth and also photos of the patient full face and profile.  These enable the highly skilled technicians in America to create a virtual treatment plan online (ClinCheck).  This will show the Patient and the Dentist the Treatment plan instructions,   i.e the length of time that the appliances need to be worn, before and after images, and the number of appliances that need to be made. Once Dr Abdah and the patient have checked the virtual treatment and made sure everything looks exactly the way they wanted it, they accept the case and AlignTech will start to make them and the patient will come back for the fit and instructions.
